Founder & PrincipalHani Nofal is the Founder and Principal of Nofal Insurance & Wealth, an independent advisory firm built to deliver integrated financial strategy without the conflicts, fragmentation, or inefficiencies common in traditional models.
As a Registered Investment Advisor and licensed insurance professional, Hani designs coordinated systems that align investments, risk management, and long-term planning into a single, disciplined framework. His focus is straightforward: optimize capital, eliminate blind spots, and ensure every component of a client’s financial life is working together with intent.
Prior to launching his firm, Hani worked as a financial advisor within a large national firm, where he developed and implemented planning strategies across insurance and investment platforms. That experience—combined with the limitations he observed in a captive environment—directly shaped his decision to build an independent firm with broader flexibility, improved alignment, and a more client-centric structure.
Before entering financial services, Hani served over a decade as a nuclear submarine officer, operating in high-consequence environments where precision, accountability, and decision-making under pressure were non-negotiable. That background defines his advisory approach—structured, analytical, and intolerant of unnecessary complexity.
He holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He has completed the Series 7, 63, 65 securities licenses, and the property, casualty, life, and accident insurance licenses.

Bridget Hangen is a dedicated and compassionate professional whose career reflects a strong commitment to service, personal growth, and the well-being of others. With a solid educational foundation from St. Petersburg College, Florida, she has demonstrated both academic discipline and a drive to continuously expand her knowledge and skill set.
In addition to her degree, Bridget earned a certification in Equine Care and Technology, further highlighting her passion for animal welfare and hands-on care. Through this specialized training, she developed a strong understanding of equine health, behavior, and management, reinforcing her ability to work responsibly and attentively in animal-focused environments.
Bridget brings over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, where she has consistently excelled in fast-paced, customer-centered settings. Her tenure in this field has equipped her with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure. She is known for her reliability, teamwork, and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
